School and Beyond awards merit-based scholarships to SB Scholars across the United States and Ghana
Theresa and Charles Odei Scholarship
Awards $200 to five university students from low-income families in Ghana who demonstrate academic excellence and professional promise. In addition to funding, students will be paired with a mentor in the United States to guide them toward their professional goals.
This scholarship honors the values of Theresa and Charles Odei who emigrated from Ghana to the United States and were committed to ensuring that their children were raised with the right values and received quality education.

Elisheba and Maya Odei Scholarship
Gives $1,000 to two Black/African-American females who are U.S. high-school seniors from low-income families and have demonstrated interest and achievement in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM). Scholarship recipients will also receive mentorship and support as they complete an application to a relevant entrepreneurship program.
Only 2% of STEM jobs are held by Black women in the United States. Elisheba and Maya Odei are African-American women who are successfully pursuing careers in medicine and software engineering/bioengineering, respectively. This scholarship honors their constant pursuit for excellence.

Provides $500 to three SB Scholars who are U.S. high school seniors and have demonstrated outstanding academic achievement, leadership potential, and community service. Scholarship recipients will also be matched with a mentor who has a similar background and interests.

Students may apply for School and Beyond scholarships
